Behind the work
The Same Table
They have been sitting at the same table for so long… Yet they no longer inhabit the same story. Between them gather deferred words, misread gestures and silences that have come to speak in their place. Every approach seems calculated, every gesture a possible move.
Sometimes love remains, but loses its natural ease among invisible rules, pride and the fear of being the first to yield. And yet… each still searches for the other from within their own solitude.
The Same Table speaks of bonds that do not break all at once, but drift apart little by little. Of two people who still share a place, a memory, a form of love and who must choose between remaining face to face and finally meeting beyond the game.
